Nicole Scott is the Managing Member, Founder and Owner of OIB Consulting Services LLC.

Nicole Scott is a problem solver and an educator. She is passionate about working with others to find impactful solutions for their businesses. With a varied background in business and philanthropic pursuits, she understands the value of authentic engagement that informs while also teaches.

With a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship & Change, her experiences in inspired leadership, sustainability, change management, community engagement and innovation can inspire and support every part of OUR customers’ journey. Nicole’s desire is to help people find impactful solutions to the “things that keep you awake at night”, consider out-of-the-box solutions and to find sustainable practices. Nicole recognizes the accessibility and power that comes with utilizing a “tool box” of solutions to support OUR customers.

With a diverse background in philanthropy, disaster relief work (renovations, restoration, fire & flood mitigation, FEMA projects) across the United States, extensive support of first responders (mental health, wellness, fitness, community forums) and years of work supporting economically disadvantaged communities (state side and international)- everything comes back to OUR communities and leveraging those skillsets and knowledge to support OUR communities.

Having spoken at conference around the US, led community discussions and forms for impactful change, facilitated workshops and development seminars for businesses, Nicole and the OIB Team design their interactions with customers and community partners to be simple yet powerful- just like our company symbol-the Gordian Knot!
