OIB was established as a landscape company in 2001 while the owner Scott Freymuller was a Fire Captain / Paramedic with Scottsdale Fire Department and a Tactical Paramedic for SWAT and Special Teams. During the years the company gained experience in many areas of construction, asset management and project management – In 2007 Scott left the FD and worked as a manufacturers rep for a local firm working with service and utility providers such as First Solar, Intel, Southwest Gas, CAP, PNM, El Paso Electric, Nevada Power, NV Energy, SRP, Coops and Industrial Customers throughout the Southwest and finally Arizona Public Service.
